Role Description

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Recruiting Manager to support our hiring needs across several locations. Our ideal candidate would have experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, project management experience, and understand how to manage a hiring process from start to finish.

The Account Recruiting Manager will support one account and own the recruiting lifecycle in support of account managers in the field, ensuring sites are adequately staffed. This role will drive onboarding expectations and compliance, implementing human resources programs in adherence to corporate standards.

The Account Recruiting Manager supports strategic client portfolios spanning multiple sites (including international locations), requiring coordination across time zones and vendor partners. The position may require travel up to 25% of the time, as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
    • Use innovative sourcing techniques to understand and leverage market conditions for targeted sources.
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to identify, capture, and report relevant sourcing techniques.
    • Participate in the development of short and long-term recruiting strategy.
    • Develop business continuity plans related to staffing of Allied Universal personnel nationwide.
    • Implement community-based outreach and recruiting strategy to achieve affirmative action goals.
  • Recruitment Counsel as Subject Matter Expert:
    • Provide training and coaching to management on recruiting and interview trends.
    • Assist in job description review, creating engaging job postings, and obtaining referrals.
  • Hiring Manager Engagement:
    • Work with management to ensure a deep understanding of job responsibilities.
    • Organize discussions on interview feedback and selection decisions.
    • Provide coaching on assessment and reference results.
  • Candidate Experience Management:
    • Ensure high engagement and communication from first outreach to new hire start date.
  • Human Resources Management:
    • Provide guidance regarding career development plans for employees.
    • Conduct employee relations investigations involving account and regional leadership.
    • Resolve employee relations issues and develop performance improvement plans.
    • Develop training materials and facilitate learning sessions for leadership.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain accurate recruiting metrics.
    • Communicate with senior management about significant business impacts.
    • Track onboarding completion rates and compliance.
    • Analyze turnover trends and retention data.
  • Onboarding Management:
    • Place personnel onboarding tickets in client HR systems.
    • Coordinate badge processing with client security operations teams.
    • Track onboarding completion and manage new hire orientation.
    • Manage 30/60/90-day milestone tracking and new hire check-ins.
    • Process offboarding including systems termination and credential collection.
  • Training Program Coordination:
    • Maintain training content library and coordinate training materials distribution.
    • Schedule and coordinate training sessions across multiple sites.
    • Track training completion and certification requirements.
    • Monitor compliance with training timelines.
  • Operational Support and Process Improvement:
    • Maintain onboarding process documentation and operational guidance materials.
    • Audit compliance with operational standards and client procedures.
    • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Must possess one of the following:
    • Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Business, or a related field with three (3) years of human resources generalist work experience.
    • High school diploma with five (5) years of human resources generalist experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of full life cycle, high volume recruiting experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources/Employee Relations experience.
  • Prior work experience in employee development and engagement.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably iCIMS.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple sites or international locations.
  • Expert level knowledge leading full lifecycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment to provide coaching and manage candidates.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones for multi-site or global portfolios.

  • Requires up to 25% travel, as necessary.
