Job Description

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for physicians and providers, including setup and training on telehealth platforms, audiovisual (AV) systems, EMR, and communication tools • Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and operations to ensure seamless system access and functionality • Support physician scheduling processes and assist with staffing models and forecasting to meet service demand • Monitor provider utilization and contribute to workforce planning efforts • Develop and maintain client-facing productivity and performance reports for executive review • Perform data modeling and advanced analytical assessments to support business decision-making • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend system or process improvements • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and system usage protocols • Present clear and concise analytical findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights • Develop, maintain, and evaluate demand and supply models to forecast trends and optimize planning strategies

Job Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or clinical systems- EMR familiarity strongly preferred
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data modeling and quantitative analysis and effectively present analytical results to stakeholders
  • Experience developing and analyzing demand and supply models to support forecasting and planning decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
