Job Requirements
- Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or clinical systems- EMR familiarity strongly preferred
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to perform data modeling and quantitative analysis and effectively present analytical results to stakeholders
- Experience developing and analyzing demand and supply models to support forecasting and planning decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

The Deal Desk Analyst will act as a first-line partner to AMER sales teams, supporting non-standard deal structuring, quoting, and guidance on commercial terms for enterprise and multi-year SaaS deals.
