Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
- 8–10+ years of progressive healthcare operations and/or clinical leadership experience, preferably in anesthesia services, perioperative operations, or physician practice management.
- Demonstrated experience leading healthcare program launches, clinical and operational integrations, or large-scale operational initiatives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational/clinical problem-solving skills.
