• Interpret live medical conversations between Spanish- and English-speaking parties over the phone with accuracy and professionalism • Accurately render medical terminology, symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment instructions in real-time • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and interpreter ethics • Use a variety of platforms (phone, VRI, or designated software) to provide seamless communication • Serve as a cultural bridge when needed to support patient understanding • Record session notes as required by client or organizational procedures
