Your responsibility is to reach out, schedule virtual consultations, and guide clients through their available options with clarity and professionalism. This is a fully remote position designed for graduates who want to build valuable experience in communication, client service, and professional relationship management.

  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Understand client needs and provide clear guidance on available benefit options
  • Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
  • Maintain organized and compliant digital client records
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development meetings

  • Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Want to develop real-world skills in business, communication, or client relations
