• Serve clients within the “Office of the CFO” at Private Equity portfolio companies, creating a diagnostic framework and enhancing the effectiveness of the finance function. • Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio company representatives and Private Equity sponsors, collaborating with CrossCountry team members to scope, clarify, and deliver excellent client service. • Identify new growth and shared revenue opportunities, collaborating with leadership to help expand the FP&A capability offering. • Overseeing end-to-end delivery of FP&A engagements including scoping, staffing, client communication and quality control. • Providing strategic thought leadership and engagement oversight across concurrent engagements that may include forecasting and budgeting redesign, cash flow and liquidity management, performance reporting and KPI frameworks, interim FP&A support roles, and finance function diagnostics. • Developing and enhance repeatable delivery ‘playbooks’, templates, tools and methodologies to help scale practice. • Identifying key industry developments and trends and articulating potential impact on clients. • Contributing to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards. • Leading coaching family by serving as a role model, coach, mentor, and liaison to the leadership team.
