Job Description

Who We Are:

Biom is changing the way people clean by making products that are better for your home, your routine, and the planet. Our flagship product is the first-ever refillable, biodegradable wipe system, designed to sit proudly on your countertop and seamlessly fit into your day.

We started with one simple idea: cleaning shouldn’t be a compromise. So we designed a system that’s effective, sustainable, and elevated - proof that good design can make good habits easier. From our proprietary dispenser to our human-safe and plastic-free refills, we’ve created an entirely new way to clean, and we’re just getting started.

At Biom, we believe form and function go hand in hand. We’re building a brand that puts care into every detail - because when the small things work better, life feels better. We’re a team of builders, creators, and problem-solvers who move fast, think big, and aren’t afraid to roll up our sleeves. If you’re energized by smart design, purposeful growth, and redefining a dusty category from the ground up, you’re in the right place.

Who You Are:

You’re deeply tapped into social culture and love discovering new creators, trends, and ideas. You have a strong sense of what feels “cool” and on-brand, and you’re excited by the idea of helping Biom show up everywhere in a way that feels elevated and relevant.

You’re highly organized and proactive, able to manage a high volume of outreach, product gifting, and creator conversations while keeping programs running smoothly.

You enjoy building relationships and being part of a community – engaging with creators online while staying tapped into new creators, trends, and ideas.

You’re curious, scrappy, and eager to learn. You’re excited to work closely with the Director of Influencer + Partnerships and support programs that connect social, creators, and brand storytelling.

Job Requirements

  • What You’ll Own:
  • Creator Gifting & Seeding Programs
  • Own the day-to-day execution of Biom’s creator gifting and seeding initiatives across monthly programs and campaign launches.
  • Source and identify creators across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms who align with Biom’s brand, aesthetic, and values, with a strong pulse on trends and cultural relevance.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of gifting partnerships, including outreach, relationship building, product coordination, and content tracking.
  • Work across a large and growing pool of creators, helping ensure Biom consistently shows up across platforms in a way that feels elevated, tasteful, and culturally relevant.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of creators to support high-volume gifting and consistent content generation.
  • Ensure all creator content is captured, organized, and accessible for use across social, paid media, and broader marketing channels.
  • Creator Relationships & Community Engagement
  • Build and nurture strong, genuine relationships with creators, influencers, and emerging voices within Biom’s community.
  • Actively engage with creators and their content across social platforms by liking, commenting, and supporting posts to strengthen relationships and brand affinity.
  • Monitor inbound creator inquiries and identify organic brand advocates, bringing them into Biom’s creator ecosystem.
  • Stay deeply tapped into creator culture, consistently bringing forward new and relevant creators and opportunities.
  • Program Operations & Content Tracking
  • Maintain organized systems to track creator outreach, gifting, and content across a high volume of partnerships.
  • Track deliverables and monitor timelines to ensure content is received and properly documented.
  • Monitor performance across creator content and surface insights on top-performing creators, formats, and trends.
  • Support ongoing reporting and provide recommendations to improve creator selection, outreach strategy, and overall program performance.
  • Campaigns, Events & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Support the Director of Influencer + Partnerships across brand campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and activations.
  • Assist with logistics and coordination, including note-taking, timelines, deliverables, and internal communication.
  • Bring forward ideas for creator collaborations, partnerships, and activations that feel culturally relevant and aligned with Biom’s brand.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Social, PR, Growth, Paid Media, and Creative to support a wide range of marketing initiatives.

Benefits

  • We aim high, and that includes how we hire. Every role at Biom comes with competitive pay, meaningful impact, and real room to grow.
  • We work hard, but we also believe in balance. Expect generous PTO, top-tier benefits for you and your family, a monthly stipend to support your health, a free Biom subscription (obviously), and a few more perks designed to support your wellbeing and headspace. Let’s just say: we take care of our people, the way we ask them to care for our brand. We can’t wait to share more with you!
