• Support specific engagements and implement changes in approaches, methods, services, and/or processes to enhance our organization’s competitiveness and improve efficiencies • Collect information and source feedback from various members of the team to learn about current processes and where there is room for improvement • Problem solve and collaborate with small, results-oriented team to effectively keep projects on track toward both short-term milestones and long-term strategic objectives • Effectively partner with many different business units and collaborate well throughout the organization • Leverage data and insights from multiple sources and platforms as well as dive deep • Develop, monitor, and track performance towards specific engagement and defined KPIs • Provide valuable guidance and training to teammates throughout engagement • Conduct or support original qualitative and quantitative research • Prepare a variety of presentation materials; proactively drive follow-ups from meetings and develop tangible outcomes and next steps to achieve defined targets across multiple KPIs
