Job Requirements
- Minimum ten years of progressive executive search experience is required, with a preference for some experience with a leading retained executive search firm.
- Excellent work organization skills, ability to appropriately set priorities, and manage multiple projects.
- Strong technical skills (MyHR/Oracle experience a plus).
- Knowledge of health trends and legislation combined with strong business acumen.
- A well organized, decisive and self-directed individual with a strong ability to develop an organizational culture that fosters teamwork.
- Ability to effectively diagnose situations or conditions and display excellent intuitive judgment.
- An individual who is self-aware, capitalizing on their strengths yet recognizing when there is a need to focus on further developmental initiatives.
- A solid strategic thinker, with strong operational focus, good judgment and detail-oriented perspective.
- Appreciative of and comfortable with cultural diversity.
- A quality mindset that focuses on thoroughly understanding and vetting candidates presented to internal client groups.
- A strong sense of urgency and pace with a focus on responsiveness to internal client groups and candidates.
- A keen interest in understanding professional networks and the career patterns and experiences that build needed capabilities.
- Insatiable curiosity to learn and continuously improve.
- Person of highest personal and professional integrity, principle and knowledge, earning respect and support when making difficult decisions and choices.
- A high-energy individual with a strong work ethic and high expectations for performance. A person who leads by example and sets strong professional and personal standards for every activity.
- An individual with a contagious passion for his/her work.
- The ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and to deliver high quality written and verbal presentations. Strong workplace technology and internet skills.
