Position: Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Type: Contract

Role Responsibilities
- Review and annotate clinical text, EHR data, and patient case notes to identify diagnoses, co-morbidities, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Structure complex medical information for AI training and reasoning to enhance decision-making and care delivery.
- Audit annotated datasets to ensure high clinical accuracy and consistency, validating AI-generated outputs like summaries and recommendations.
- Contribute to annotation guidelines, taxonomies, and decision frameworks, defining edge cases and nuanced clinical scenarios.
- Evaluate AI systems for clinical workflows, flagging inaccuracies and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.
- Map real-world clinical workflows into AI-compatible processes to support seamless integration into healthcare operations.
