• Own the master resource allocation across all departments, managing assignments for 15-20 team members • Monitor team capacity in real-time and make strategic decisions about work distribution • Serve as the central intake point for all client requests and new projects • Track and optimize project profitability by monitoring hours against budgets • Design and maintain workflow systems in ClickUp that provide visibility into all active work • Facilitate communication between Client Success, Creative, Digital, and Social teams
