We are seeking a highly driven Full-Stack AI Business Analyst who can explore opportunities, identify high-impact use cases, and execute end-to-end AI solutions across business enterprise. This is not a purely advisory role. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle — from understanding business problems and analyzing workflows to designing, prototyping, and implementing AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Responsibilities

AI Opportunity Exploration
- Deep dive into workflows across Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, Compliance, and other functions.
- Identify repetitive, manual, communication-heavy, and data-driven tasks suitable for AI enablement.
- Quantify inefficiencies (time, cost, error rate, SLA impact).
- Build prioritized AI opportunity pipelines.

- Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns and improvement areas.
- Convert business pain points into clear problem statements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in AI, automation, or data-focused roles may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AI solutions development, data analysis, automation, business process optimization, or a related technical or analytical role.
- Experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or data analysis technologies to support business process improvements preferred.
