Job Description

Role Description

We are seeking a highly driven Full-Stack AI Business Analyst who can explore opportunities, identify high-impact use cases, and execute end-to-end AI solutions across business enterprise. This is not a purely advisory role. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle — from understanding business problems and analyzing workflows to designing, prototyping, and implementing AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for energetic, hands-on professionals who combine business understanding, analytical thinking, and practical AI implementation skills.

Responsibilities

  • AI Opportunity Exploration
    • Deep dive into workflows across Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, Compliance, and other functions.
    • Identify repetitive, manual, communication-heavy, and data-driven tasks suitable for AI enablement.
    • Quantify inefficiencies (time, cost, error rate, SLA impact).
    • Build prioritized AI opportunity pipelines.
  • Business & Data Analysis
    • Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns and improvement areas.
    • Convert business pain points into clear problem statements.
    • Define success metrics and ROI models for AI initiatives.
    • Prepare requirement documents and solution blueprints.
  • AI Solution Design & Prototyping
    • Design AI-powered solutions such as:
      • Intelligent workflow automation
      • AI copilots for internal teams
      • Automated report generation
      • Smart document processing
      • AI-based knowledge assistants
      • Communication automation systems
    • Use available AI tools and platforms to rapidly prototype solutions.
    • Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot implementations.
  • Execution & Implementation
    • Work hands-on to configure, integrate, and deploy AI solutions.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams when deeper system integration is required.
    • Support data preparation and workflow configuration.
    • Drive user testing, rollout, and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in AI, automation, or data-focused roles may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI solutions development, data analysis, automation, business process optimization, or a related technical or analytical role.
  • Experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or data analysis technologies to support business process improvements preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for AI enablement and automation.
  • Ability to analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover inefficiencies and translate business needs into clear problem statements and measurable success metrics.
  • Experience designing and prototyping AI or automation solutions that improve workflows, reporting, and internal knowledge access.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize AI opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Comfortable working autonomously to drive initiatives from opportunity discovery through pilot, rollout, and adoption.

Benefits

  • Generous Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Paid Holidays, Volunteer Time Off, Sick Days, and Vacation
  • 12 weeks Paid Parental Leave
  • Pre-tax Transit Benefits
  • No-Cost Life Insurance Benefits
  • Voluntary Benefits Options
  • ASPCA Pet Health Insurance Discount
  • Access to your earned wages at any time before payday
