Job Description

Role Description

Real Chemistry is seeking a Manager, Measurement to join our Integrated Intelligence team. This role is responsible for contributing to a breadth of marketing analytics topics, leveraging data across marketing, digital experiences, customer platforms, omnichannel experiences, and technology ecosystems to generate meaningful insights and inform strategic decision making. You will be responsible for the execution of ongoing reporting, managing project timelines and developing initial insights and findings from analysis of program performance data. You will work in partnership with senior leads to deliver standard and ad-hoc analyses across integrated digital campaigns, communicating results to internal and external clients with an emphasis on providing actionable insights from the data.

Integrated Intelligence (or I 2 ) is the practice formerly known as Analytics. We changed our name to more closely identify with the innovative work we do beyond just data analysis. We integrate across data sources, functions, methodologies, and technology, and we’re providing intelligence because our data leads to insights and our insights lead to action. And when you put those two things together, we are exponentially better at helping our clients make critical business decisions.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or Wilmington—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

  • Present findings in a professional manner to internal and external audiences.
  • Participate in initiatives, collaborative efforts, and brainstorming sessions with internal teams.
  • Experience defining and applying KPI frameworks, success metrics, and measurement methodologies across complex, multi‑touch customer journeys.
  • Proven ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear insights and recommendations that inform decision making.
  • Comfort working across multiple data domains (e.g., marketing, product, web, CRM, sales, operations) to support holistic performance analysis.
