• Build and maintain PHM’s proprietary database of elite healthcare providers, ensuring depth, accuracy, and clinical relevance • Expand PHM’s provider network through thoughtful research, evaluation, and relationship development • Support the implementation of technology-enabled processes that streamline provider management, insurance verification, and patient access • Conduct thorough reviews of provider credentials and healthcare programs using PHM’s gold-standard evaluation criteria • Partner closely with clinical, research, and operations teams to translate provider insights into actionable recommendations that impact client outcomes • Proactively researching and identifying high-quality providers across a range of medical specialties • Evaluating providers and programs in collaboration with clinical and research partners • Using and improving internal tools and workflows to enhance provider data quality and operational efficiency • Supporting cross-functional teams by ensuring provider intelligence is accessible, accurate, and actionable • Contributing ideas and process improvements as PHM continues to evolve and scale
