Toll Brothers Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, seeks a Senior Compliance Coordinator for our corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?

Maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure the company's compliance with all federal/state regulations and secondary market investor requirements.

What are the primary responsibilities?

The Sr. Compliance Coordinator reviews quality control reports to identify deficiencies that may result in potential violations. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Perform various audits to ensure compliance with federal/state/investor requirements
  • Handle inquiries from management and other departments regarding compliance matters
  • Maintain NMLS/state licensing for the company and loan originators
  • Compile information for submission of quarterly/annual reports and certifications
  • Collect and review documentation required for regulatory exams and other audits

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize important tasks and complete projects on time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • General knowledge of mortgage regulations - RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, QM, TRID, etc.

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years experience in the residential mortgage lending industry

  • Hybrid work schedule based in the Fort Washington, PA corporate office

  • Preferred:

  • Prior experience in residential mortgage compliance, audit or quality control
