Job Description

• Grow sales within existing accounts and develop new customers • Call on engineers, technicians, operations leaders and decision-makers to deliver application-based solutions • Act as a trusted advisor and technical resource for process equipment • Review specifications and collaborate with Inside Sales to prepare quotations • Plan and execute daily sales calls and customer visits • Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and territory plans • Build strong relationships with customers and manufacturer partners • Participate in ongoing product and manufacturer training

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of outside sales experience**, preferably in industrial or process equipment
  • Experience with pumps, filtration, steam, or similar mechanical products strongly preferred**
  • Technical aptitude and ability to interpret specifications
  • Proven consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Associate degree in engineering, technical, or business field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • Primarily local travel; occasional overnight travel
