• Serve as day-to-day client partner for smaller projects and support mid-level leaders across larger workstreams. • Own timelines, internal alignment, and cross-functional communication. • Lead MLR submissions and tracking with accuracy and attention to detail. • Draft agendas, run status meetings, capture next steps, and ensure follow-through. • Translate briefs and brand guidance into actionable project clarity for creative and production teams. • Ensure deliverables are accurate, on-time, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards. • Support financial tracking, budget alignment, and scope adherence. • Build foundational clinical and brand knowledge; utilize insights to improve deliverable quality. • Collaborate closely with the account team and creative/strategy/digital partners.
