• Identify and refine customer needs and program strategy. • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the client goals and priorities. • Own and refine the vision of the program and products. • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered to users. • Write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and ensure alignment across various initiatives. • Effectively break down the program vision into features and epics. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development efforts. • Derive an Agile program roadmap from the program backlog. • Define minimum viable products and establish success criteria. • Collaborate closely with a wide range of individuals on the Agile team. • Communicate vision, strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs to key stakeholders. • Perform an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
