Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in graphic design or related field
- Strong design skills across digital, print, and motion
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other relevant field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Wordpress
- Experience with AI tools and demonstrated ability to use them ethically and appropriately
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to self-organize and operate autonomously
- Understanding of accessibility best practices
- Direct experience in hands-on design production work
