Job Description
• Own the multi-year global account plan.
• Lead quarterly global governance with customer executives.
• Maintain multi-level executive, operational, and technical relationships.
• Integrate Esko Flexo hardware, software, services, and partner ecosystem solutions.
• Negotiate global commercial frameworks and MSAs.
• Drive pipeline, bookings, ARR/renewals, and multi-year revenue growth.
• Manage deal economics including margin health and discount discipline.
• Coordinate technical discovery, trials, and validations.
• Build competitive displacement and defense strategies.
• Lead collaborative account support activities across regions.
• Ensure documentation integrity.
Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years strategic selling experience.
- Experience selling complex hardware + software + services solutions.
- Strong understanding of packaging processes and workflows, Flexo experience a plus.
- Proven ability to negotiate global commercial frameworks.
- Experience leading collaborative account support activities across regions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
