Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js and dynamic front-end interfaces using React • Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices • Partner with product managers, designers, and talent teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability • Implement advanced security measures and data protection protocols • Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization

Job Requirements

7+ years in full-stack development, with 5+ years focused on Node.js for back-end and React for front-end
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express)
Strong experience with React for building dynamic, responsive user interfaces
Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
Proficiency with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) and ORMs like Sequelize
Deep knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub)
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker)
Experience implementing authentication systems (e.g., Gravitee, OAuth)
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks)
Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for social media, internet culture, and the creator economy
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred but not required
