Job Description

• Direct Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) activities for Health Ministries in the region • Manage day-to-day CDI programs to ensure alignment with Trinity Health CDI Program standards • Analyze data to identify educational opportunities for training clinical documentation specialists • Collaborate with various stakeholders including clinical staff and physician champions to improve documentation quality • Develop and implement action plans for program performance

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare related field or Nursing or equivalent experience
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License or other relevant certifications
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience in a hospital clinical documentation integrity program
Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, coding guidelines
Strong analytical skills and IT proficiency in applications like MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Ability to influence and engage staff, excellent interpersonal skills
