• Partner closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams to elicit, refine, and document business and technical requirements • Develop clear, detailed, and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Lead and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, backlog refinement discussions, and clarification sessions to ensure alignment and shared understanding • Support Agile ceremonies—including refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews—ensuring requirements are prioritized, ready for development, and fully understood by delivery teams • Analyze workflows, system interactions, process gaps, and business objectives to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across systems and teams • Collaborate with QA and engineering to ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with business goals, supporting the creation of test cases and user acceptance validation • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring visibility and traceability throughout the project lifecycle • Review and validate deliverables generated through AI-assisted development tools to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with defined requirements • Communicate proactively and clearly with distributed and cross-functional teams, providing concise updates, clarifications, and follow-through to keep work moving efficiently.
