Job Description

• Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges within the construction industry • Translate customer pain points into scalable platform solutions • Manage roadmap initiatives, ensuring customer value is delivered in iterative releases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and refine product deliverables • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in platform development

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
4+ years of experience in product management, platform strategy, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
Proven track record in managing product roadmaps, writing customer-centric initiatives, and delivering measurable results.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like Aha!, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Understanding of the construction industry, including key customer challenges and market trends is a plus.
AI Product Management experience is a plus.
