Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the assigned region • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct agent training sessions on both individual and regional levels • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for the region • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute regional strategies • Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate performance and strengthen relationships • Use data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth • Schedule, coordinate, and lead monthly internal meetings to address agent touch points and carrier updates • Collect and communicate feedback from training sessions to relevant departments to drive improvements • Improve agency production by training new agencies and identifying/removing obstacles affecting current production • Conduct agency marketing visits to appointed agencies to stimulate higher production through on-site training and multi-market solutions • Complete quarterly carrier evaluations, including production levels and incentive recommendations • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all carrier markets, products, commission structures, and appointment processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience marketing P&C insurance, including marketing to Independent Agents
  • Experience training and developing agency staff
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate agency qualifications for appointment and make recommendations for appointment or dismissal
  • Experience selling and marketing P&C personal lines and commercial products (homeowners and personal auto experience a plus)
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills for both small and large groups
  • Active TDI P&C license required; CPCU and/or CIC designation desirable
  • Self-motivated and directed; able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to help others solve problems
  • Flexible and willing to do what is needed to get great work done
