• Design and deploy GTM systems: Build automation-driven systems that support structured product workflows and eliminate friction across the Investments team and their go-to-market efforts. • Eliminate manual work: Identify high-leverage repetitive tasks – deal evaluation, due diligence, internal handoffs, and compliance – and design scrappy, scalable automation to replace them. • Own cross-functional service delivery infra: Build reliable service infrastructure across GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Omni, internal systems) that enable commercial, marketing, and PDE teams to operate with higher precision and less manual intervention. • Experiment and implement quickly: Move fast on scoped MVPs, leverage off-the-shelf tooling creatively, and iterate toward operational excellence. • Use AI to accelerate process design: Champion use of AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate internal processes and enhance customer-facing systems. • Collaborate with technical & commercial teams: Partner closely with Commercial, Growth, Product, and Engineering to ensure systems are robust, business-aligned, and adopted. • Instrument systems with data & insights: Stand up analytics and reporting systems to track performance, surface opportunities, and drive iterative improvement.
