• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for grocery and convenience retail customers • Sell into Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, Operations, Security, and Finance leaders • Close mid-market and enterprise deals ranging from pilots to multi-million ARR rollouts • Build pipeline through outbound, events, referrals, and industry relationships • Help define and execute the grocery GTM strategy • Provide feedback to product and leadership based on customer needs • Represent Panoptyc at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings • Hit and exceed aggressive revenue targets • Build repeatable pipeline and forecasting processes • Help build the foundation of a future grocery sales team • Voice of the Customer - listen to customers pain points and jobs to be done, translate those into outcomes for the product and development teams
