• Own end-to-end lead management, ensuring accurate lead lifecycle tracking and efficient marketing to sales lead hand-off. • Manage and optimize Marketo, connected marketing systems, and other integrations for data hygiene, data quality, and operational efficiency. • Maintain lead scoring models and partner closely with marketing analytics to iterate on scoring models that deliver high quality, high intent leads to sales. • Partner with channel managers (paid media, events, email, website, etc) on campaign execution through processes and systems. • Own campaign operations ticketing intake system to ensure proper project prioritization. • Enforce best practices for database management and segmentation. • Ensure data governance, compliance, and system alignment as we scale into new international markets.
