Job Description
• Drive strategic direction and provide medical expertise for global portfolio in obesity therapeutic area
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute medical strategies
• Serve as subject matter expert in chronic weight management
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and medical societies
• Lead global advisory boards and medical education programs
• Provide medical input for product development and clinical trial design
• Mentor and develop team members
• Stay abreast of competitive landscape and provide insights for business decisions
Job Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of medical affairs experience OR Master’s degree and 8 years of medical affairs experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of medical affairs experience
- At least 4 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources
