Job Requirements
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related specialty.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience post-residency.
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership or administrative experience.
- Strong understanding of care levels, health-system operations, and clinical workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced critical-thinking, assessment, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with care coordination and resource optimization.
- Ability to manage patients requiring escalation to higher-acuity care.
- Proficiency with clinical technology and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
