• Lead planning, coordination, and field execution of short term events. • Build schedules, resource plans, and deployment playbooks. • Ensure systems are installed and operated to Evolv standards. • Manage system movement, tracking, and readiness. • Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance, and updates. • Maintain deep technical knowledge of Evolv systems. • Provide troubleshooting and field support. • Refine workflows using performance data. • Serve as operational lead for high-visibility deployments. • Partner with venue leadership, security, and Evolv teams. • Ensure post-event teardown, reporting, and system reset. • Lead pre-event planning and site assessments. • Oversee onsite setup, testing, and daily operations. • Manage teams; ensure compliance and rapid issue resolution. • Deliver post-event reporting and insights. • Build SOPs, checklists, and training materials. • Standardize AAR processes.
