Job Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience with a track record of building enterprise or B2B crypto products.
- Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on products at scale
- Understanding of staking mechanisms and blockchain protocols
- Strong client orientation—you enjoy talking to customers, understanding their needs, and solving real-world institutional pain points through elegant product solutions.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desire for continuous improvement.
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency, financial markets and the Coinbase mission.
- Nice to haves: Prior experience working in institutional staking, crypto, or custody; Familiarity with reporting and regulatory considerations for staking, including qualified custody and reporting standards; Experience working closely with protocol teams, or participating in staking-related ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana
