• Develop the strategy behind all supply chain activities which teams would execute upon • Direct integrated S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) to support growth and customer service levels • Establish and maintain real-time inventory visibility across divisions and geographic locations • Architect a resilient and scalable supply chain network through modeling and scenario analysis • Drive the implementation of national and international logistics strategies across various product lines • Oversee vendor relationships with 3PLs and carriers to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental responsibility • Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and global trade regulations • Act as a Center of Excellence, supporting procurement, sourcing, production, and planning teams • Evaluate and integrate supply chain operations and logistics in the context of mergers and acquisitions • Build and lead a data-driven culture by defining and monitoring KPIs
