• Develop partner level relationships with our clients by sharing our knowledge and experience • Conduct training sessions for independent insurance agencies • Assess and report on the operations of insurance agencies • Identify client needs and offer solution based services • Assist agencies in implementing new processes, new workflows, and new technologies • Ability to sell self to prospective clients • Ensure we are meeting contractual obligations to clients including time worked • Communicate regularly, proactively, and effectively with Leadership, internal staff, and clients • Maintain strict client confidentiality • Accurate timekeeping of both billable and non-billable work
