Job Description

• Serve as a high-impact, client-facing specialist responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex monday.com Work OS solutions. • Act as a senior functional and configuration expert, translating intricate client business needs into optimized workspaces, boards, and automations. • Lead clients through the entire project lifecycle-from scoping and blueprinting to implementation and AI-driven optimization. • Ensure robust data architecture, adoption metrics, and ethical application of generative AI features across multiple departments. • Directly improve client operational efficiency, workflow automation, and overall ROI.

Job Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant (SaaS/Low-Code).
At least three (3) years of dedicated, hands-on experience with the monday.com Work OS platform.
Expert-level knowledge of monday.com deployments, including advanced formulas, automations, integration recipes, and third-party connectors.
Proven ability to conduct in-depth process mapping, define functional requirements, manage scope, and lead high-impact client workshops and training sessions.
monday.com Customer Success Manager, Partner Implementation Consultant, and Account Manager certifications.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline OR equivalent experience and advanced industry certifications.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% for client implementation projects and workshops.
