Job Description

• Lead system lifecycle planning including upgrades, patching, and obsolescence management • Act as primary IT point of contact for Lean & Ops Excellence application programs across business units and manufacturing leadership • Ensure platform stability, performance, compliance, and availability in a regulated manufacturing environment • Drive continuous improvement and service excellence through metrics, governance, and proactive risk management • Manage vendor relationships, license contracts, and service escalations related to Global Lean & Ops Excellence applications tower • Own and manage the global IT delivery and operations of the Lean & Operational Excellence Applications tower

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Technology
  • 6 to 8 years experience in a relevant Jabil IT position OR equivalent external work experience, including at least 5 years experience in a supervisory or management role within an Information Technology department.
  • Proven track record managing global or multi-site Application deployments
  • Previous leadership experience in a matrix or CoE structure preferred
  • Experience working with Lean & operational excellence programs, processes and applications is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, GxP/regulated environments, and manufacturing operations
  • Ability to participate in projects to ensure regional/ global readiness
  • ITIL Process Management knowledge to ensure compliance and use of global, regional and/ or site defined processes
  • Understanding of Licensing and Contracts.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
