Job Description

• Manage facility relationships across your region, while building towards business goals • Present business reviews that highlight wins and opportunity areas for your facility partners, working with our analytics team to identify the most relevant information • Minimize churn and redirect our partners to growth opportunities through the use of Nursa products • Work with our Product, S&O, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure facilities have the best possible experience when using our platform, and inform facilities when new products or updates are launched • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and retention

Job Requirements

Proven success in a client-facing sales / account management role or related experience
You empathize with customer needs and adapt to meet their unique goals resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
You are a thoughtful, customer-first thinker who can create data-driven recommendations that drive results
You can navigate sales tools with ease (Salesforce, Google Apps, Groove)
You have a data-driven mindset and use it to achieve business impact
Prior marketplace, healthcare, tech, or startup experience is a plus, but not required
Preference for location in the greater St. Louis area
