• Manage tasks for client response, client follow up, and client deliverables • Work with operations management to identify customer opportunities for process improvement, consulting solutions, strategy, and growth • Handle and respond to requests for budget proposals or inquiries for information • Directly accountable for account relationship, meeting client expectations, and BCD M&E account financial performance • Ensure client profiles are maintained, kept up to date, and accessible • Serve as liaison between client and internal support teams
