• Preparing and filing the SEC reports such as the 10-Ks and 10-Qs • Preparing the Equity Rollforward table as well as the equity-based footnotes and disclosures • Preparing the cash flow statement per US GAAP requirements • Supporting and contributing to the processes related to the quarterly Earnings Press Release • Collaborating and actively partnering with the cross-functional teams within the Company regarding the financial reporting processes • Managing the flow of information and supporting documentation received from various cross-functional teams • Presenting external reporting requirements, relevant communications, and analyses to the accounting and finance teams • Reviewing and developing reporting capabilities and processes for external reporting • Implementing best in practice reporting processes across the organization • Evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company’s external reporting process • Researching and understanding new reporting requirements and building out sustainable and scalable processes • Performing peer benchmarking of disclosures • Liaising with external auditors to facilitate the audit process
