• Conduct in-field verifications (66%) through travel to farms and in-field locations across North America • Coordinate data collection and close gaps with producers and partners • Draft and finalize verification reports and present results to farmers • Support report review and QA to uphold consistency • Assist with onboarding and training of technicians and new verifiers • Identify field anomalies and scoring questions to escalate to the Lead Verifier • Provide exceptional customer experience during verification and contacts with customers • Complete special projects for overall improvement of the verification process
