Job Description

• Lead a dynamic, highly technical team of analysts • Oversee the design, creation, and maintenance of analytics tools and offerings • Collaborate across departments to unlock insights that shape the future of health • Provide day-to-day technical leadership for developing, implementing and maintaining analytical solutions • Conduct research and make recommendations on products, tools, services, protocols and standards • Develop a solid foundation for establishing and maintaining high data quality standards • Continuously look for ways to use data-driven insights to streamline and improve business operations

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Math, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline
10+ years business intelligence, analytical, reporting, or data experience
9+ years of experience with Data Lake, EDW, or operational databases
2+ years of management experience
Expert level knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, etc.)
Understanding data warehousing concepts and practices for managing large datasets
Awareness of programming languages like Python or R
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personas
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience working with Healthcare data (Preferred)
