Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience selling healthcare products or point solutions into employer groups
- Demonstrated experience working for or with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits, or vendor providing ancillary benefits to employers, with a track record of success
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing or related field preferred
- Ability to travel up to 40% to meet with clients, prospects and partners
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the Progyny messaging in both in person and via remote sales capacity
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
