• Define and communicate the product design vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and product strategy • Champion an AI-first design approach, integrating emerging technologies and design methodologies to reshape our product for an AI future • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to drive innovation, prioritize design initiatives, and leverage the user experience to achieve business outcomes • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of designers • Create and evangelize design principles, standards, and processes that scale across product lines • Oversee the end-to-end design process — from discovery and research to interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing • Improve the craft of design by incorporating AI tools/techniques and optimizing SDLC • Maintain and enhance a robust design system that accelerates development velocity and improves usability • Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to iterate and continuously improve the user experience • Bring deep empathy for users (from engineering leaders to enterprise executives) and understanding of their needs in order to translate complex workflows into intuitive, human-centered experiences • Lead research efforts and turn qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design decisions • Ensure design thinking and customer understanding are embedded throughout the product development lifecycle
