• Serve as a primary liaison between client stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership. • Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements across billing, finance, operations, and reporting. • Develop, enhance, and maintain Elite 3E reports, dashboards, workflows, and functional configurations. • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation. • Support project planning activities, including scope definition, timelines, and deliverables. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and change impact assessments. • Create and deliver end-user training, release notes, and reference documentation. • Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting in collaboration with finance, operations, IT, and vendor teams. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow established project management methodologies.
