• Develop and refine AI and Data strategies that align with business goals and objectives. • Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics across various business domains. • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with client stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and secure cross-functional alignment on objectives and business value. • Contribute to the design of implementation roadmaps, helping to sequence long-term plans that balance technical, organizational, and process changes. • Develop business cases that articulate the return on investment (ROI) for AI and data initiatives. • Analyze clients' current AI and data capabilities and operating models, evaluating them against industry best practices and providing strategic recommendations. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior non-technical stakeholders. • Prepare “art of the possible” sessions based on industry trends for customer organizations, and where they can play to drive organizational growth. • Support the expansion of the Advisory practice by developing content, participating in thought leadership, and contributing to the creation of repeatable strategic frameworks and offerings. • Guide on the responsible and ethical use of AI, including considerations for governance, bias, and compliance with regulations like GDPR or CCPA.
