Job Description
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search + LSA preferred)
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Lead Gen + Conversion campaigns)
• Weekly data review and performance adjustments
• Keyword expansion and pruning
• Budget allocation and scaling decisions
• Ad copy testing and iteration
• Landing page feedback and conversion optimization suggestions
• Review call tracking data to improve lead quality
• Provide simple weekly reporting with clear KPI focus
Job Requirements
- Proven experience running PPC for HVAC and/or Roofing companies
- Strong understanding of: Call-based lead funnels
- High-ticket service campaigns ($1k–$20k jobs)
- Seasonality in home services
- Experience managing $10k–$40k+ monthly ad spend
- Comfortable working with call tracking platforms (CallRail, WhatConverts, etc.)
- Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking setup
- Ability to clearly explain performance decisions
