Job Description

• Design and develop complex software solutions using UiPath, ABBYY and related technologies • Participate design discussions and code reviews • Apply best practice development standards • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications • Optimise existing automation solutions for performance and scalability • Participate in project planning and estimation • Document technical specifications and solution design • Ensure code quality through testing and validation • Participate in regular team meetings ( daily standup, weekly and other)

Job Requirements

5-8+ years experience as a Senior Automation Developer
Strong expertise in UiPath development and enterprise process automation solutions
Experience with Document Processing tools and BPM/workflow
Advanced programming skills in .NET, Python.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions
An end to end solution mindset – thinking beyond silo technology features
Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Automate (highly desirable)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (highly desirable)
Expertise in code optimisation and performance tuning (highly desirable)
Formal qualifications in IT – e.g. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other (highly desirable)
UiPath Senior Developer Certification (desirable)
Additional technical certifications(desirable)
