• Support the technical strategy for customers and prospects by assisting with solution discussions, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs. • Collaborate with Sales to design and present business and technical solutions aligned with customer requirements. • Contribute to technical proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and supporting documentation for customer opportunities, including RFI/RFP responses. • Participate in customer discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops, applying industry best practices. • Act as a technical advisor by mapping customer business needs to the LeapXpert product portfolio. • Work with internal Product and Engineering teams to support integrations, configurations, and customer-specific solution requirements.
