• Responsible for ensuring successful implementation and support (post go-live) for HCM and additional modules under HCM • Work independently with limited direction as a consultant on multiple client engagements • Understand client business requirements, provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and prototype • Support clients during Annual Events as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts for clear communication and project alignment • Maintain timely project forecasts • Partner with sales and serve as a Subject Matter Expert • Advise on Workday best practices and build strong client relationships
