Job Description

• Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple ad types, including search, display, demand generation, PMax, standard shopping, and YouTube. • Manage up to 10-12 accounts or a total MRR of $50,000. • Ability to lead client calls and provide in-depth explanations of account performance, trends, and strategic recommendations. • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver strategies and ad copy that align with client goals. • Stay updated on industry trends, bringing new knowledge to the department and contributing to team growth. • Use internal project management tools like Monday to organize workflows, track campaign performance, and meet client deadlines.

Job Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
Ability to manage mid to high-value accounts with varying levels of ad spend and deliver measurable performance improvements.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and optimization techniques across various ad types.
Strong client-facing communication skills with a proven ability to lead client calls and provide strategic insights.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
